The episode “Hell” tells the story of a (fictional) survivor of Uganda’s brutal Lord’s Resistance Army. Enough’s Co-founder John Prendergast advised Dr. Neal Baer, executive producer of SVU, and the show’s writers on the details of the tactics used by the LRA in Africa’s longest running war, including abductions, rape, murder, and forced recruitment of child soldiers.
