From Mines to Mobile Phones

I think anyone who takes advantage of children in any way should be imprisoned. I work for a nintendo wii repair company and we have to check everyones age and information multiple times before they can work. There are no excuses!

This video really made me thinking for few hours along. I am working as a mobile application developer and mobile phones is whole my life but I had never thought that somebody is paying such a big price to make them available in my country. But maybe not all mobile phones are made like that? Moreover I was expecting you to explain in more details, why those people are dying in Congo? Are they dying from hard work or from bad conditions or maybe from violence? The thing is that I hear about this problem in Congo for the first time in my life.. I think I must be involved more in this deal. I really think that we must help those people and that nobody must suffer in the modern world nowadays. Thanks one more time for the great video and for the interesting and useful blog overall. I will be reading this blog in the future too and trying to help those people. Thanks.
