David Richards is the Web Developer for the Enough Project at the Center for American Progress. Prior to joining the Enough Project, he was a web developer at agencyQ and the Human Rights Campaign. David enjoys software development and web programming both personally and professionally. Outside the office David collaborates on short film projects, one of which was officially selected for the 2010 D.C. Short Film Festival. David studied graphic design, with an emphasis on digital art, and computer science. He has lived and worked in the D.C. area since 2002.
