Jennifer Christian is currently a Policy Analyst at the Enough Project focusing on Sudan. Prior to joining Enough, she was a Southern Sudan Peace Fellow at the Public International Law and Policy Group, or PILPG. While at PILPG, Jennifer served as a legal advisor to the government of Southern Sudan and the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement, or SPLM, on issues related to the post-secession negotiations between north and south Sudan, the transitional constitutional process, the Southern Sudan referendum, the north-south border, the three areas, and the Abyei arbitration. She spent over a year of her three year tenure with PILPG based in Juba, South Sudan.
Jennifer has also worked in the field of sports for development with Grassroot Soccer in Cape Town, South Africa and as a Research Assistance with the Boston College Center for Human Rights and International Justice. She holds a B.A. from Boston College, a M.A. in international politics from the School of International Service at American University, and a J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University.
